Senior Software Engineer [MFD] (F/M/D)
As we would like to expand our development team at MEON Functional Diagnostics we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d) who is interested in the challenges of developing an innovative medical product (full-time).
What will you do?
- Creation of software architectures and development of software concepts
- Implementation of software for medical devices according to development standards and guidelines based on IEC 62304
- Implementation and maintenance of unit tests and CI/CD pipelines
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other teams
- Creation of technical documentation and knowledge transfer within the team

What do you bring?
- Extensive professional experience in object-oriented software development

Technical Support Engineer [MMS] (f/m/d)
To build up our global technical support team, located in Graz (Austria), we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (f/m/x) with the desire to get a high-tech medical device up and running, and to help establish the technical support infrastructure for our service partners.
What will you do?
- Initially, you will install and support our devices for customers and sales partners
- In the mid-term, you will be the main contact person in 2nd level support for technical enquiries in terms of holistic customer care and the solution-oriented link between customers and our company
- You will be responsible for generating and maintaining technical customer documents for service and sales partners
- You will provide solutions for customers mainly via remote support, but also on-site if required, and document all reported incidents in the ticket management system
- You identify long-term improvements of product and process and actively bring them into the company’s organization
- You train and instruct our 1st level support partners
- You contribute your own ideas for the development and continuous improvement of the training concept of our 1st level support

Senior system architect [MFD] (f/m/d)
Entwicklungsingenieur/in Optik und Messtechnik (w/m/d) (MEON Functional Diagnostics)

Chemical Laboratory Technician [MMS] (f/m/d)
Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Laborteams eine/einen Chemie-Ingenieur/in (w/m/d) die/den die technischen Herausforderungen bei der Entwicklung eines komplexen Medizinproduktes als auch die Mitarbeit in einer agil geführten Struktur reizt (bevorzugt Vollzeit, optional Teilzeit, mindestens 30h/Woche).
What will you do?
- Execution of measurement series, needed for the development and verification of a laboratory medical device, performed on functional samples, prototypes and pre-series devices
- Performing comparative measurements on reference systems
- Sample preparation and sample handling in the blood laboratory
- General laboratory activities: Supervision and maintenance of analytical laboratory equipment incl. test equipment control, maintenance of the chemical database, preparation of general laboratory solutions according to SOPs, activities to ensure blood laboratory operation
- Documentation according to ISO 13485 as well as internal guidelines, creation of SOPs
